RealTruck EVOm Tonneau Cover (Roll Cover) for the Dodge RAM DT 6.5ft Bed 2019+ (not Classic)

Based on the outstanding quality of the ROLL CLASSIC tonneau cover, RealTruck (formerly Mountain-Top) has succeeded in further improving the world's most popular OE truck bed cover with the new EVO technology.

The sporty EVOm tonneau cover introduces a completely new technology with a strong focus on stability and durability. The reinforced, cut-protected louvre technology and the fact that it can only be opened from the inside ensure maximum safety. The timeless Infinity design eliminates the need for an external handle and lock. This not only looks good, but also makes it impossible to tamper with the lock cylinder.

There is also a newly developed roll-up technology, that eliminates the need for a spring, which is subject to natural wear and tear. The EVO also breaks new ground in terms of weather resistance and water drainage. The side rails have been redesigned and now have direct water drainage to the outside. Combined with the water drains of the canister, the roller blind can drain up to 40 litres of water per minute.

Operation

The roll cover can be released by simply pulling one of the two release tabs on the right or left side. The roller blind can now be slid into any desired open position without having to operate the release tabs again. The cover is only locked in the closed or fully open position, allowing you to travel safely even when the cover is open.

Assembly

Aluminium brackets are used to assemble the roll cover. Two holes have to be drilled in the truck bed for the water drainage pipes. Please note that the roll cover is fitted between the plastic side covers or between the plastic bracket.

For good weather protection, it is necessary to seal these plastic parts before fitting the roller blind and, if necessary, seal the overlap between the roller blind and the plastic parts of the vehicle.
