The Covid-19 situation is very dynamic and we are still very mindful of everyone's health. Therefore, we have moved 80% of our workspace to home office and thus only work in shifts in the local office. This ensures our internal operations are maintained and we can continue to do everything we can to counteract the effects caused by the pandemic. Please note that due to the current regulations we have to keep our showroom closed until further notice. On-site sales are restricted. You are allowed to collect your purchases on the premises, but face to face consultation is currently only possible upon request. In addition, if there is an incidence value of 100 or more, a negative antigen test, max. 24 hours ago or a PCR test, max. 48 hours ago must be shown. Alternatively, we also offer rapid antigen detection tests on our premises for self-testing. However, all workshop appointments will continue as planned and can be arranged by making an appointment. You have the following payment options to choose from:

Payment by PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal during the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Your order will be processed immediately.

Payment by direct debit (only available with german bank account)

If you decide to pay by direct debit, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal during the order process. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. Your order will be processed immediately.

Payment by credit card

If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to PayPal during the checkout process. You do not need a PayPal account for this payment method. Simply enter the card verification number, credit card number and expiration date. The transmission of your data is encrypted and secure and your order will be processed immediately.

Payment by wire transfer

If you want to pay via wire transfer, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after your order. In this e-mail you will find our bank details and the amount to be transferred. When making the bank transfer, please make sure to state your order number as the reason for transfer. This is the only way we can assign your payment. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Please note that it can take 1-2 days until we receive your payment, depending on the bank.

Purchase on account (for business customers only)

Payment by invoice with a credit period is only possible for business customers (companies, public institutions and authorities) after prior agreement. If you would like to establish a new business relationship with us, please contact us by e-mail at for an individual agreement.


Depending on the size of the ordered products, the goods will be delivered either by our logistics partner (mostly Rhenus) or by a parcel service (mostly UPS). Please take into consideration, that noumerous delivery attempts mean additional costs. Therefore it is important, that you provide us with a delivery adress, where an authorized person is person is present during the usual business hours. Make sure to carefully check the delivered goods, before signing the freight forwarders receipt.

Costs of delivery

The delivery costs will be automaticly calculated during the check-out process at our online shop. They will be visible after entering the delivery adress. At this point the cancellation of your order is possible, without any obstacles. Our delivery costs are based on the following freight cost matrix.
